Bcore2 Board alignment

Bardwell video raises the question of whether I have the Bcore2 set up correctly. 

I set the board up for "backwards" via the alignment settings originally and the quad is backwards in the 3d model in butter flight. 

So... I re did it. Yaw axis @180, motors reassigned. I wonder I if it will be any improvement? Flies real good the old way
